Usually a format mismatch. Open Settings → Video quality and force MJPEG. Some chipsets default to YUY2, which many phones can’t decode at speed.

Almost always a power problem, not a cable fault. Reseat the OTG adapter and switch to a powered OTG hub — thirsty cameras brown out on phone power alone.

Where are my photos saved?expand_more

In the app’s own gallery, in private storage on your device. Use Share or Export on any shot to copy it into your phone’s photo gallery.

Does it work without internet?expand_more

Yes. Streaming, capture and diagnostics all run on-device. The only thing that uses the network is the banner ad in the free version.

Can I use it for medical inspection?expand_more

No. Endovizor is a general-purpose inspection viewer, not a medical device. Don’t use it for diagnosis or any medical procedure.
